Cancellation Policy

You become eligible to cancel your subscription 24 hrs after you subscribe. At that point, you can then cancel your subscription within 48 hours and you will not be charged the subscription fee. (Go to "Manage Subscriptions" in the "My Account" drop down menu.) If at any point you wish to cancel your membership after you have submitted a payment, you will continue to have access to the site for the duration of the unused portion of your subscription and your account will not renew at the end of the period.

IMPORTANT: We will not issue refunds for accounts charged after the 72 hr free trial period or accounts charged for automatic renewal. Please contact us via email if you have any questions!
